| EBCDIC FTP Client Subcommand (Change File Type to EBCDIC) |
The EBCDIC IBM i FTP client subcommand sets the file transfer type to EBCDIC format. This type can be set when we transfer files to or from another EBCDIC system as it removes the need to convert between ASCII and EBCDIC on both machines.
